Affiliate member agencies meet United Way of Delaware's rigorous management accountability standards and are eligible to receive donor-designated contributions through the United Way campaign. The fiscal policies and procedures of each affiliate-member agency is reviewed annually by trained volunteers in order to remain in good standing.
