UNITED WAY OF DELAWARE ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP
The board welcomed three new executive committee members including Vice Chair, Audit, Paul C. Seitz, Senior Vice President, Cross Country Bank; Co-Vice Chair, Community Impact, Chris Frysztacki; and Member-at-large, Gerald Wilson, Vice President of Insurance, Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited. In addition, Helen M. Stewart, Vice President & CRA Manager, JPMorgan Chase; Charlie Burton, President, i.g. Burton & Company, Inc.; Jeffrey Anderson, Compliance Manager – Credit Services, Morgan Stanley/Discover Bank; James J. Donahue, Jr., Senior Executive Vice President, MBNA America; and William Carl, Executive Director, Newark Day Nursery, started their terms on the board.
United Way of Delaware’s Board of Directors is made up of volunteers from across the state. The 41 board members volunteer their time and expertise to furthering the mission of United Way of Delaware to maximize the community’s resources to improve the quality of life for Delawareans.
“Their leadership is an invaluable asset to our organization, and we are grateful for their commitment to the community,” said Drew Langloh, president of United Way of Delaware. “Mr. Rhodes’ commitment to a second term as board chair speaks volumes about his dedication to the thousands of individuals and families we serve,” he added.
